Anyone who actively campaigns for a candidate on the public stage is fair game. Especially if they make comments which seriously offend people, as Michele has done in the past. Now people can say her comments were misinterpreted and defend her ad naseum if they chose, but she is still fair game none the less. Obama is doing what any man would do when his wife is being attacked. Whether he is correct or not is just a matter of selective interpretation. I do find it amusing when some Obama supporters scream about statements regarding Michele then turn right around and attack Cindy McCain. Hypocrisy knows no boundries.
I would like to know why the republicans on YA are not trying to spread what McCain polices are in fixing this country economy instead of making all these ridiculous rants about nothing . I guess the Nothing that McCain is promising to the Americans peoples have really rub off on his supporters . you have nothing to offer as for substance on the real issues this country is facing .

I guess the point is that she isn't making personal statements about herself, she is endorsing a public candidate, much the same as any of us. I think her comments are fair game, but the woman personally is out of bounds, the same way that Cyndi McCain should be.
