As long as you are upfront and honest with the people you are asking to donate. You don't say what method of fundraising you are using, but the fundamental issue of all fundraising is the reciepient of the funds. I think there may be better methods to get this done. Less expensive school maybe. BUt that is creative, as long as you are up front it is ethical.
