What is Obama's Foreign policy experience besides needing 300 advisors to campaign overseas?

justagirl, I understand that he has been on a lot of these committees, but what HANDS ON experience does he have other than that he gave a speech in Germany over the summer and lived a few years as a child overseas? Has he worked directly with foreign leaders? People are making the argument that Palin has less experience than Obama in this area. Even if this is true, I thought Obama was running against John McCain who no one can say lacks foreign policy experience. From the way he has been lashing out against Palin, you would think that SHE is running against Obama.





I like how the democrats are saying that the vice-presidency is no place for Palin to get ';on the job'; training, but are willing to put Obama, with his lack of experience, strait into the presidency itself.
