It seems like anything that is bad for the country, they are for. I am so diametrically opposed to the liberal agenda.Why does the Liberal party always single out race,gender,sexual orientation in there campaign platform?
the liberalism disease! I second that mentality. The race issues, i think are pretty much done with, even the gender rights campaign was alright when it started..

These people are not given special rights. They are given special laws because their rights have been violated, and these laws try to make up for it. For example, gays have been discriminated against by not allowing them to be married. So we have to pass a law that allows gays be married. Same with black and white couples. It used to be blacks were treated separately, and has recently as today inter-racial dating and Bob Jones University is against school policy. So we need to pass a law saying that a black person can marry a white person.
If you were familiar with all the ways these groups have been discriminated against, you probably wouldn't ask such a juvenile question. But I digress.
Liberalism is anything but liberal. I've never understood why liberals claim to be for individual rights, but then go and enforce laws that prevent individual choices. The Chicago sun-times had an excellent article today about how paternalistic big city governments have become. ';The Nanny State';. From prohibiting trans-fats in foods, to smoking bans, a decrease in liquor licenses, an increase in security cameras to mention a few. Democrats run all the Big Cities in America. How do you explain these findings. It comes as no surprise that they play the race and gender card. Democrats want you to feel like a victim.

and they talk about equality when really they're just as bad as everyone else it's unfair like say if someone is straight and someone is gay is applying for the same job and the straight guy more experience than the gay guy but they gay guy gets the job because he's gay
and it gives people an excuse to use their orientation, race, and gender as a crutch and a way to get through life that's not fair now is it?
They always say things to these people because they care about their ';rights.'; I, as a Conservative, usually don't mention it, unless specifically questioned, and then I get nervous because when you tell people that you're against gay marriage, equal pay, and affirmative action (by the way what the hell is that? I have to ask Dick), they might not support you. Just don't be upfront about these things, its not necessary.
They cannot, the second issues come up Obama flips an flops and changes his mind to meet the audience so they cannot quote him on issues...

It is a way to divide people and foster class envy. Once people are divided then they will vote for their own interests instead of what is good for everyone.
Liberals like this because people won't band together against them and they can then pander to each group by offering free handouts. This keeps them in power and their agenda moving forward.
